85% of Ellicott Senior's will graduate without being able to do 10th grade Math

‘In May 2011, the Ellicott School District will graduate a senior class where:

41% of the students will not be able to read at the 10^th grade level.

63% of the students will not know science at the 10^th grade level.

69% of the students will not be able to write at the 10^th grade level.

85% of the students will not be able to do 10^th grade math.
